Insert Constraint w iPart Keeps failing

I keep losing my insert constraint periodically on an iPart for no apparent
reason. It's an insert at the butt end of a set screw so it's 1/32 from the
rim of a plain old hole. All in a sub asy that is not edited at all. The
screw is patterned 2 at 90 deg around the parts origin axis.

Is there a bug that causes this annoying loss of constraint? I cannot find
any other cause.

I saw that on two regular parts in 5.3. Never did know why they would lose
their insert constraints but once I got the assembly all together, they
stayed and I forgot about it.

I just got tired of it & reconstrained the set screw using a couple mates to
see if that would do it.

Gary,
When you place iParts in an assembly, to you get the save dialog box coming
up every time you save?

Was the insert using an edge created by a chamfer?

Yeah, I think its a naming and matching bug. I thought it was fixed in SP2.

I haven't seen it in SP2. Probably is
fixed.
