input body is invalid

Can anyone tell me why on the attached file I am getting an invalid input error when I set the "Tie In Flange" to "outside of base face extents"? The part forms perfectly but the flat pattern fails.

If I set it to "Inside of bend face extents" There is no error but there is a gap of one metal thickness as one would expect.

The faces touch/interfer.

Move face the red faces -.001 inches (well within sheetmetal tolerances).

You have two faces overlapping, and Inventor does not know how to handle that.

Simply add a tiny offset (we can't manufacture perfect parts anyhow).

Edit the previous feature Flange: Top SUpport - Inverter side, expand the dialog and enter desired offset.
