Inconsistency in sorting

I just noticed that when I sort the parts list in the idw, I get a different result than when I do a sort of the BOM.

Both are done by sorting by Part Number, Ascending.

Shouldn't these be the same?

They should be the same. We are aware of this issue, it is fixed in the upcoming release.
