I don't go to third party drop-boxes.

Perhaps you could upload to Autodesk 360, make public and post url for download here.

Well, I think this one is going to take some time to fix, but the geometry looks like it is repairable.

You will have to use the Repair Environment or the Construction Environment.

I don't have any experience with the newer Repair Environment, so I did a bit of experimenting in the older Construction Environment.

To get access to that environment you must go to Tools>Application Options and on the Part tab enable the Construction Environment.

Then after copying the geometry to the Construction Environment right click on the Surface(1) and Unstitch.

Then right click on the surfaces and select Quality Check.

About 2000 of the surfaces need to be Refit.

This is the tedious job as I don't know of a way to Refit all at once - you must do one-at-a-time.

Then Stitch, run Quality Check again and promote (Copy) back to the modeling environment.

If you can do the 2000 Refits, I can then take another look if you run into any trouble.

Not sure what your end goal is, but if it is more than a pretty picture you are after - I suspect Max isn't really the correct tool.
