Importing file into Vectorworks

I received a step file from a supplier of enclosures. I then converted the step file to an Inventor solid. One of our sub-contractors uses Vectorworks to render my assembly files. I sent him the file in SAT format but he cannot see anything! I tried converting the solid to iges format, but he canot read iges files in Vectorworks. I had sent him files that I created in Inventor as SAT and there was no problem, but this one particular part (which was created in another software) will not go thru properly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have posted the file on the Customer Files under "File Transfer Problem"

Thx
