import igs to solid

I have a igs file which converted from solidworks, I want to convent it to Inventor file. Appreciate someone here can help me. I attached the iges file here.

Hi Lis_Wang,

 

you have forgotten to attach the igs.

 

Anyway,   you can normally use in Inventor "Open", then, at the bottom File Type, choose IGES file,

 

choosing "option", at the bottom right  you can choose the Iges Import Options that you prefer.

 

 

then Open.

 

Then you can operate on the model as you want.

Right click on the *.igs file and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Attach the resutling *.zip file here.
