iLogic in idw issue after upgrade to 2014

Since upgrading from Inventor 2012 to 2014, we get an error message when opening our company drawing templates.  These templates have an iLogic rule that pops up a dialog box where we pick what size border we want.  If we close it, and open it again, the iLogic routine runs fine.  This only happens the first time we open a drawing template.  Subsequent opening of a drawing template works fine.

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

It's kind of hard to know what the problem is when the error message is "Unspecified Error"...  Not your fault, I know, but it isn't much to go on.  Can you post your drawing template here?  Or at least your iLogic rule?
