iLogic Hanging at the end of running a set of rule

I am facing a problem with iLogic.  Whenever a sequence of rules are run, it executes fine and then, just at the end, the model freezes without all the constraints.

To get it to work, you I to just move one part of the assembly and it all snaps back to the correct positions

The problem is that this doesn't update in Configurator, so I need an iLogic solution that would update all the constraints properly after the rules are done so tht the perfect model come out of the sequence.

Try putting the following code at the end of the last rule that runs.
