( iLogic Design Copy) causes Invetor crush?

Hi,
I am beginner in using Inventor.
I faced a problem: when I click on ( iLogic Design Copy), Inventor stops working and shutdown. See the attachment. What can be the reason and how can I solve it?
For information:
I closed all the opened files by (close all) command.
I restarted inventor and the PC several times.
I use (Windows 7 ultimate). Ram 12 GB. operating system 64bit.

Thanks

Do you have the latest service packs and updates installed? You should be on Service Pack 2 Update 5.

Hi! Please make sure you install the following patches in the top to bottom order.

R2013 SP2: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-in... Update 4 to R2013 SP2: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/update-4-fo...

After they are all installed, please let me know if you still see the problem. Many thanks!

From your own link:

Autodesk Inventor 2013 Service Pack 2

You do not have to install Service Pack 1.1 in order to install Service Pack 2.

Service Pack 2 includes the most recent fixes, as well as all fixes included in Service Pack 1.1.

Why ask him to install SP1.1 then SP2?

Mike,

You are right. The latest service pack should contain all fixes up to then. Only the latest update needs to be applied on top of the latest service pack. I will edit my prior reply.

Sorry for the confusion!

I have exactly the same issue across several machines.

Update 4 is installed on all machines.

iLogic Design Copy always causes Inventor to crash.

Is there a fix for this?

Autodesk Inventor 2021
Intel Xeon W3520 @ 2.67GHz
Win 10 Pro
6.7 System Rating
NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800
