The way I've been successful with is to use a template in dwg with the correct
text settings. Then, in .idw, set text font to the same font as in .dwg. Some
don't show up as well as others (RomanS for example) but when translated, look a
lot better. I also use AutoCAD 2002's Layer Translator and purge for cleaning up
odd layers/fonts/dimstyles.
