IDW Title block template

I have to show the "part number" at two place on my drawing. The first must be at the lower right corner and the second at the higher left.

How can I make that be good even when I change the sheet format?

IS CREATING THE PART NUMBER AS A "SKETCHED SYMBOL" AN OPTION BECAUSE THEN YOU COULD ACTUALLY PLACE THE SYMBOL ON ANY TITLE BLOCK FORMATS IN ANY LOCATIONS...

Create you own IDW template with your own custom title block.
