idw crashing upon opening r6.0 and r 6.0 sp1

Hi all
Perhaps I have a corrupted file but I keep getting the following error. (see below)What I am doing at the time is opening the idw to an assembly. I have just updated the assembly, rebuilt it, saved it, and exited it. I open up the idw file and it states that the iam is in need of an update and will be shown in it's current state. Then the browser comes up and crash.

I have almost exact duplicate file else where on the computer and it works fine. The only difference is some title information is updated.
