For borders and titleblocks open both the source file and the receiving file. In the
source rmb on the titlebock or border in the browser and select copy. switch to the
receiving file and rmb on the titleblock folder in the browser and select paste. It
won't work if the receiving file already has a border with that name so either delete it
from the receiving file or rename it in one of the files.
You can get the dimension style over by using Format>> Organizer.
