Idler Sprocket

Does anyone know where I can download an Idler sprocket sprocket? I am looking for a machinable ID flat sided sprocket that fits and ANSI 50 chain, 45 teeth and 5/8 pitch. This is only the third time ever needing one here in 11 years and I really don't want to create the geometry since time is critical. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Tim

Inventor Design Accelerator takes less than 5 minutes to create sprocket.

There might be some over here http://www.cbliss.com - but it would take less time to create with DA than to search that site for the part.

Well maybe not http://www.cbliss.com/inventor/Parts/PowerTransmission/

McMaster Carr

I have found their website amazingly simple to use, plus they have most of their parts as 3D models

Yes, they have a great site. Just frustrating when you try to order something using their own part number and they come back and tell you that number is not any good/not available. They change their part numbers so just be careful with that.  I've been bitted a few times over it.

McMaster is the first place I went to however they don't have the sprockets in 3D. They have the exact one I am looking for as well....... frustrating.

No they don't have the exact cad model of that particualr model number, however, they do have one with a hub on it that can easily be extruded away.
