iCopy pattern count

In an iCopy pattern I can use a parmeter as pattern count. If I edit the iCopy component the value is shown instead of parameter. Is there any way to dinamically, for example via iLogic, change the pattern count ?

The ICopy feature is new with some limitations. Unfortunately I know of no way to be able to accomplish what you need to do. This is a valid point and might be something the developers are already working on as to a change. I would just ask for you to add this in as a wish list item.

Are there any news regarding this limitation?

In my assembly, I managed to solve some problem using iCopy with a feature pattern, but now manually have to edit it each time the pattern count changes.

You will need to go to the link i provided and submit an enhancement request for this. These need to come in from our customers explaining why this would be needed to help bolster the opportunity for the change. My best advice would be to submit this if you want the behavior changed.
