Icons for sheetmetal

I was wondering if you could have a different Icon for sheetmetal parts
so you could differentiate between them and angle or tubing. This would be a
hard thing to do with the icon being associated with the filename extension
.ipt. Just wondering? The reason is my sheetmetal nesting software looks
at the ipt's and I can select all of them and it gets cluttered with parts
that I shouldn't be able to select like angles, channel iron, or tubing. I
just want to see sheetmetal items.
The only other way I can think of is to seperate the sheetmetal parts
into their own folders, but then the resolve issue.

I have added a custom property and then use BOM extractor from the
sdotson.com website to extract the whole assembly into, then print off the
excel spread sheet and work off of that. I hate having multi folders, I
never end up creating the parts into the proper folder half the time. At
least the list gives me a check list when I do my NC files. Don't know if it
helps any.
