No Desker was present so I hit my own right mouse button finger with the hammer.

Now bandaged - I'm holding it up in solute to Autodesk, it will be a while till I can make that operator error again.

Someone else try this - open the file here, and launch fushion with RMB on first Loft

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Inventor/Fillet-Help/td-p/3107526

hold your RMB finger in the error until Fusion fully loads.
How long did it take.

I just love that it looks like an instant CTD!

20 sec till splash screen

1 min till loaded

10sec till back to IV

Also that they put Edit Form WAY above Edit Feature or Edit Sketch

Which do you use most often?

Which sells more seats??

With the way I feel about Fusion I hate to say it but it only took mine 11 seconds to open it.

Just about as bad is if I ever do try to use Fusion I hit "Return to Inventor" by mistake when I expect "Finish" to be on the end of the ribbon bar.

Is this by using Edit Form on RMB options or did you open directly with Fusion?

Exactly as requested.  RMB and Edit Form on first loft.

Had you run Fusion this session (since last reboot?

Actually, I'm not sure which feature I accidently hit Edit Form on, all I know is that I had to get up and leave before I put the hammer through my screen.

This is going to cause real headaches in classroom instruction or imagine you boss comes up and asks you a question and just as you start to make a change - essentially a lock-up while Fusion loads.  Oh yeah, you know how to run this program.....  ...good luck supporting Inventor next meeting the SWx fans start pushing.

Yes, I had run Fusion a few hours ago.  I had opened a SAT file to look at and then closed it.

My guess is that if you rebooted your computer (not asking you to go this far) it would load much much slower launching from Inventor.

"I gots to know."

After a reboot and the nearly 2 minute wait for Inventor to start, it took it 40 seconds from RMB/Edit Form on Loft 1 until opened in Fusion.

OK, that's enough Frustration, uh, I mean Fusion to last me for a while.

It is always 2 steps forward 1 step back with Autodesk. Everytime I uograde they make some stupid change that makes me want to put my fist through my monitor. Then I want to get on a plane, fly to San Rafael, ask them what they were thinking & put my fist through all their monitors. (I have steel fists)
