Check in the Windows Control Panel under your Programs and Features, then select the: "View Installed Updates".
Yup I know. But that will help others who don't.
I'm just posting this here to show that for some reason Autodesk has changed this, or its some kind of bug, in response to the original post.

only difference so far is mine is 64bit and yours is 32bit. Anyone got a 64bit machine with 2011 they can post a screenshot of?

I'm on XP64
Mine also shows 2011 SSR
Check control panel / add remove with update checked
You'll probably see SP1 and Subscription Advantage Pack
SSR is probably "Sub Service Release" or similar
Ok so its a 64bit issue.

In your screen shot the build is shown as :
Build 535, Release 2011 SSR - This is because the subscription advantage pack is installed, before the Advantage pack was installed it would have said SP1 and before SP1 was installed it would have said RTM.
Sam B screen shot shows at 2011 SP1, if the above is correct Sam B does not have the subscription advantage pack installed on his machine.

Martin
You are correct, I do not have the SAP installed.
