How to Split Extrusions and 3D Edits in 1 block into multiple Blocks?

I made many new extrusions and fillets on 1 solid block but now I want to split some of my extrusions onto a new block. How do i do that? I already know that when you extrude, you have the option of making a new solid block, but what if I want to move multiple extrusions and lofts without having to individually select each one into a new solid?

I don't know what this means, but maybe Split Part?

If I made 2 extrusions, that will be on 1 block unless I click "make new solid". If I didnt click it and I want to move the 2nd extrusion to a 2nd new solid, how will I be able to do that?

Assuming you have also created relationships that complicate matters - simply Split and Combine.
