how to sketch 2^x ??

Hi,

I wanted to use equation curve in sketch to draw

y=2^x 

But this is not accepted by the program. I also have tried with parametric definition, also no effect.

I can draw 2^0' 2^1; 2^2 but not 2^(x) not 2^(t).

Is this even possible in inventor?

Seems to be not accepted as an equation curve.

But you can do it by calculating only integers in Excel, and importing them as spline points into a sketch. See files (2010 IPT).
