Hey Thomas,
Unfortunately, the modeling scenario that you described would not support
the assignment of custom KFactor values for the thickened sections. With
that said, the image you posted make me think that you could alter you
process a bit and pick up this capability. For example, you could use a
contour flange (either as a base feature using the 'distance' extent option
or as a profile attached to the side flanges) to create the main roll in
your component. If you need to the surface workflow, their is probably a
projection that you could leverage as a profile as well. If you want to
investigate this a bit more, send me your file as well as any restrictions
that you have (i.e. the surface output must be the basis of the design) and
I can take a look.

Hi,
We are producing sheetmetal parts using both the standard unfolding radius
(for example 2.594 mm for 2mm thick sheet metal) and a custom radius for
rolled area (for example 500 mm).
Most of our models (see attached pict) are created from surface skeleton by
appliyng the thick feature, thus no fold feature is available the model
tree. Is there a way to set different Kfactor depending of the radius even
in this case? (for example, Kfactor would be 0.349 for 2.594 mm radius and
0.
5 for radius over 10 mm).
Thank you for your help.
