How to repeat/copy and paste a revolve feature?

I was wondering how to repeat the evolve feature. I don't mean circular or rectandular repetations. I tried copy pasting the sketch but it loses some constraints. Can someone help?

File is too big so here's the dropbox link.
Kindly look at thecountersunk holes on the outer side of the adapter plate. I don't have countersunk holes  on all rectangular  plates but on some there are countersunk holes. I want to repeat those countersunk holes on all the rectangular plates.

How big is the file if you -

Drag the red End of Part marker to the top of the feature tree.

Save the file with the red EOP marker at the top of the feature tree.

Right click on the filename and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Otherwise

upload the file to our A360 account, make public and attach link to download here.

I tried using the chamfer tool but it uses the surface as a reference whereas I want it to lie on the axis of the hole. so it's slantes as opposed to vertical parallel through the hole.
