how to make (*.ide)

dear sir, i have face a problem while doing punch tool operation please suggest me how to do?

You need to extract a sketch to make an iFeature.  I am not sure what you did judging by your jpg, but you definitely did not extract a sketch.  The iFeature needs to begin with a center point, and then base your sketch(es) from that.  Then cut or extrude.  After that, look for the "extract iFeature" function

From the screenshot, it sound there is no right to publish iFeature into the Content Center Library.


So go to Application Options->Center Center.

At here, check the Access Options. You might use Vault Sever.


Secondly, back to the project dialog box, check the Configure Center Center Libraries, check you have access and modify right to the center center libraries.
