How to make fan blades & Propellers?

I'd like to know what steps are need to create fan blades and propellers.

I anticipate making a two-blade propeller for an aircraft and fan blades
found in a computer case exhaust fan.

Any tips, suggestions or errata would be deeply appreciated!

The only way to do it in IV is to use a loft either several crossections or
2 sketches and several guide rails. You still don't have a lot of control.
How accurate would you need it? If you have surface data from another
program you can import that as construction data and use them as
trim/extrude to surfaces.

There is a fan iPart on Kent's website
(http://www.mymcad.com/kwik/iparts/iparts.htm). That example will give
you a start on the computer fan.
