I don't see any 3D geometry - so first of all, I would have used 2D sketches.

I see geometry that I would expect to be Construction linetype as Normal linetype.

While I take a closer look, have you installed Service Pack 2 for r2014?

Once you have replaced your 3D sketch with proper 2D sketches - I would use the Loft command.

Post your new attempt here if you have trouble figuring it out.

My first thought is to use the sweep command.  Use the green lines as your guide curves and the purple as your profiles.

Thanks for the suggestion. Loft and 2d sketches seem to work... only not sure how to make the rounded tip... any idea?

You would Loft to the Point.

I started to fix it up for you, but not only are there no dimensions - you are missing horizontal and vertical constraints that Inventor should have done for you?

And the lines in Sketch2 are not constrained to the lines in Sketch1 (Project Geometry).

I recommend that you go through this Tutorial - http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/content/DSG322/Inventor%20Tutorials/Inventor%202011%20Tutorial%2014.pdf

it demonstrates how to use a 3DSketch in a Loft and how to Loft to a point.
