how to judge a component section status in API?

I want add the Z Aixs for every sectioned component in a sectiondrawing view?

but I can't judge the component section status?

Is there have the API for this work?

• In an assembly view, components can be excluded from sectioning. In the browser, right-click the component to exclude, and then select None.
