I'm not certain about Excel 2000, but I know in Excel 97 you can do it. With your ipt or iam file open, save as a bmp. In Excel, Insert - Picture - From File, then select the bmp image you just saved. RMB on the picture, pick format picture - size, then make sure the "Lock Aspect Ratio" is checked, and click "reset" Now you can resize your picture to fit on your sheet without distorting it.
