How to get these parts without actually remaking it

Is there a way to get that long tube and that rectangular part all around that middle circle.

https://www.google.com/search?q=cool+lamp+shades&aq=f&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&ta...

Open this picture. In the end it would end up looking somthing like that lamp shade. I got one part down so is there a way to get a bunch of those around instead of redrawing it?

I am using inventor 2010.

Thank you.

Yes.  Circular pattern.

It might also be pointed out that you're doing a WHOLE lot of work to get to where you already are.  There should be no more than 4 extrusions and one work plane, or 3 extrusions and 2 work planes.  You should also be fully constraining your sketch geometry.

Have you run through the tutorials?

Looks like a simple feat.  Create the long rod and the arced panel and them do a polar array around the center.

Hi treasure1100,

As graemev pointed out, your model can be made more robust and efficent, but you've done pretty well for getting started. Attached is a quick example of your model that might help you see how to make it more effeicently.

Don't forget to keep your sketches simple and fully constrained / dimensioned:

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
