so i have to make a stirling engine and i want to be able to animate that but how can i get a balloon to stretch?
What commands will i need to get a part that is able to be stretched?

Hi and welcome.
Can you be more specific on what you want to do? Stretch a balloon? Maybe a picture of what you are building? And some info on what background and training you've had with Inventor so we know what level you are at.
