How to fix this? Sweeping tool?

Hi there, 

 

I having a small design question. Does anybody know how i can create the ribbons as projected on the picture in the attachment? Do I have to use the sweep tool? Or is it smarter to do it another way?

you can follow a sweep solution.

 

Attached i have prepared a part for you.
