HOW TO FIND THE RED-CROSS

I got the mesg, however, couldn't find the red-cross to open the design
doctor?

Is there not any dimensions that are purple? If so just drag their endpoints to reattach
them

There is no dimension - only balloons on an assembly section view. Couldn't
find any purple balloon either !!!
