How to draw revision clouds in Inventor 2014

How to add in  revision clouds in Inventor 2014? I want to  draw in drwaings revision clouds.

You have to load usertools.. Its part of Inventor just not installed yet.

The Inventor SDK includes samples and tools to demonstrate and describe the functionality that is available in the Inventor API.

Location of the SDK:

Windows XP:     <Inventor install folder>\SDK

Windows Vista:   C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor <version>\SDK

Windows 7:         C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor <version>\SDK

I have problem for Inventor 2014 x 64 .

In this path

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2014\SDK\UserTools.msi.

folder missing.

Strengely after intall SDK for my Inventor 2014 (Factory design suite ultimate)add-ins tab missing and missing also  for my client with Inventor 2014(Product desig suite premium). When install SDK for Autodesk Inventor 2014 (not suite)  i have  add-ins tab. How add tab add-ins(with revision cloudes)?
