How to make a curved centerline through one hole and around a fixed center point?
And how to extend a centerline along with two or more curved lines around a common center point?

86,625 and 170,75 turns around the same point as the other but i can't make the dimension as radius.
And it would be nice to make a centerline to the ofter side, along the same line as 160,5 and 182,5.
This is fairly easy to do.
Create the arc and dimension.

It's nearly impossible to do, I can't project any points or arcs that I want in sketch mode so I have nowhere to place the constrains.

Are you creating sketch at sheet level or at view level?
Works fine here.
Attach *.ipt and *.idw or dwg file here. I'm not familiar with editing image files in Inventor.
