How to create Barb Wire

I need to make a coiled barb wire around a 360 degree pipe with a 6" diameter. I am not sure what the easist way to accomplish this would be. Is there anyway to create an arch axis. I would like to create a coil around an arch axis not a straight axis.

Thanks,

Robert

Sounds like Coil.
Circular pattern for twisted pair.

Barb

"Rectangular" Pattern for curve driven pattern of barbs.

Bend Part.

Can you attach what you have attempted so far?

I think more importantly... what are your plans this weekend and where are you taking this thing when it's built (so I can stay away):smileywink:.

You are doing too much work and that doesn't look like your problem description.

A simple Coil and Bend Part would have resulted in the same geometry.
