How to create a ISO screw with custom pitch?

Hi, I need a screw M16 x 0.25 mm. However, I don't have the option "0.25mm". How to create a screw with custom pitch size?

Can you post an image of the screw?  Have you looked on McMaster-Carr's website?  They have a lot of downloadable models.

Assuming it's a content center screw, make sure you copy it to your own editable library, then edit the "Family table", copy the closest M16 screw, paste it back in as a new row, and just change the pitch in the "Pitch" column.
