How to Change the UCS coordinate in inventor 2014

We are trying to change the UCS coordinate in assembly. But we cant change it.

Please let us know the solution.

Can you unground the grounded component and re-mate to the origin workplanes?

Or do you simply want to change the Top of Front view designation (set to desired orientation and right click on the view cube to reset).
