How to assign commands to extra mouse key?

Hi is there a way to assign extra mouse buttons to constain commands in sketch mode such as "equil" "parallel" in inventor?

Not unless the mfg of the mouse has drivers that allow for mapping Inventor commands or scripts.

Multi-button mice usually allow to assign function key combinations to surplus buttons (like Ctrl+F4, etc.). You can then use these combinations to invoke Inventor commands. 3dconnexion mice do directly support Inventor commands.
