how to add assemblies containing VBA macro?

I am using Inventor 2009 XP 64.

I developed a VBA program to add parts/assemblies to a base assembly. The program works well in Inventor 2009 XP 32. However, when I run it in 2009 XP 64, it crashes. Whenever the program runs to the following statement

Set oCompnt2 = oAsmCompDef.Occurrences.Add(sFileName, oPositionMatrix)
' where sFileName is a sub-assembly containing VBA macro

Inventor 2009 XP 64 prompts "This action will reset your project, proceed anyway?".

Can anybody help? Thanks
