I could add an empty text value within an multi value list in inventor 2010,
but I don't think i can do the same thing in 2013, is there a possible way to do it?
btw, when by an empty text value I dont mean a space.
Thank you very much!
Hi MtigaM,
Can you explain why you would want or need to have an empty row? Maybe there is another way to do the same thing.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

thank you for your reply.
i need an empty one because before i place ilogic component an ilogic assembly into an aseembly, it doesnt have any number behind its name.
eg if the name of my ilogic assembly is "iassem", after i place ilogic component it into another assembly,
"-01" will be automatically added to the iassem, "iassem-01". so i want to give a list of option like "-01","-02"...-"xx", but i need a empty value for the model before any place ilogic component.
does my explaination make sense?
i could list a space instead, then write code
if value=" " then
value=""
end if
but i just want to know if there are other ways to do it without writing code.
thank you!
