Holes

I am trying to create a hole that is 10 5/16" that reduces to 7" on a 4 5/8" fan shroud.  Is there a way to do this?

Creating a tappered hole I would just create a plane at the proper position then do a revolved cut.

If you are looking to do this with the hole command, that option is not currently available.
