Holes in Templates. and the 82 deg

I am setting up our company templates.
1) how do I change the default countersink angle to 90 deg from 82deg in the ipt template? I have tried drawing a lump adding a hole, changing the values then deleting the features and re-saving as the template but this doesn't seem to work.

2) In the idw Holes tab of the dimension styles
there are blind, c/bore and c/sunk holes and then
5 options for threads
none
full thread
full thread tap drill
depth thread
depth thread tap drill

But in the ipt for holes there are only 3 options
no thread
full thread
depth thread
Do the options for full thread tap drill and depth thread
tap drill ever occur?

1) There is currently no way that I know of. I know that many of these
options have been wished for many times and Autodesk is aware for the
customer desire for these options

2) Make sure in the IPT hole that you have checked Full thread, then in
the IDW in the hole note settings to the right is a check box for
TapDrill. You can either check it in the Dimension style or by
individually editing hole notes.

I'll stop trying to change things instead
we have modified the template hole notes
to read 90deg rather than
