Nandakumar,
In my opinion there isn't a "best way to complete the hole table creation
without modifying the sheet metal component". The hole table is generated
and relies upon the feature information stored at the browser level of the
model. Unfortunately the sheet metal shortcut of creating holes with THRU
termination across multiple faces backfires when generate hole tables from
the flat pattern view. Even with the hole note/table enhancements in R10 we
are unable to add the second half of the flattened thru hole to a hole
table. The only current solution I see here is to create two sets of blind
holes on each flange (as you did for the other two sides of the part you
provided). That way each hole is correctly represented within the hole
table when the part is flattened.
Product Design and Development are both aware of, and working on solving,
this issue and other shortcomings that exist within the sheetmetal unfolder.

hi
I have a problem in AIP-9. We have few sheetmetal component for which I
able to create only Production drawing in AIP-9
I have generated "Flat pattern" and place the drawing view. For those flat
pattern drawing I need to create Hole table.
When I select the view, some of the holes are not getting selected. Please
see attached ppt file.
So what would be the best way to complete the Hole table creation without
modifying the sheet metal component.
