Hole Table Depth Decimal Places

I have a hole table. The depth defaults to 2 place decimal. I can right click each individually to edit, but is there a way to change them globally, or at least change the default?

Yes.

The description format in the hole table is associated with the dimension
style applied to your hole TAG.

Either edit the dim style associated with all of your hole tags, or create a
new dim style and set it as default for hole tags via the object default
style.
