I posted a question last week and replied to it with more information. I
thought people may pay less attention to a post if a reply is posted. If I
don't get a response from this posting, I will quit bugging everyone.
I created a new sheet in threads.xls for NPSM threads by copying the NPT
worksheet. The NPSM threads show up as an option when I apply it to a hole
in the part. So far, so good. However, when I place a hole note in the
drawing the format is incorrect. I tried adding the NPSM to the pitch
column, but that did not work. My final results was 1/4-18 NPSM NPT-2A! I
don't even have a class of thread column in the new worksheet. Can anyone
help me with where the information of the notes comes from and how I can
modify it? TIA.
