Help with Publishing a Custom Frame Generator Member

I'm trying to publish a custom shape to be used with the Frame Generator.  I've done this a hundred times but now when I try and use the shape its not there.  It did say it was successfully published.  I see it in the editor.  The only difference is the thumbnail is still showing the shape in the default ortho view, not a profile view like the rest of my shapes.  Why would this be happening?
