Help with Help Graphics

I just installed SP1. Now all of the graphics in the help screen will not
load. Like screen shots, icon pictures, etc. Any ideas on what to do or
what happened?

Inventor 7 SP1, Windows XP Professional 2002 SP1, P4 2.00 GHz, GeForce4 Ti
