Help with Fillet

Hi,

Part posted in CF.

Need to fillet all around the outer edge to R3.
Can be machined (I have a part like this).
I get an error messege and cannot make the fillet.
Please advise.

Really ought to zip those files up before you post 'em. I'm on a broadband
connection, but many aren't and a lot of times OE crashes on un-zipped
files.

Your problem is the face sketch. I fixed it and posted it to CF under yours.
Guess there are a lot of way to make sketches but I edited it and made it
the way I make mine. I added Tangent constraints to all the curves, equal
constraints to the ones that were equal and fully constrained it to the
origin. No law you have to do it my way, though, least you should get an
idea of why it failed. See the "Symmetrical model..." thread from today, I
posted something about fillets.
