What are you designing?

How will the part be manufactured?

Is there really a sharp edge between the vertical and the dome?

Maybe the attached will give you another technique.

Thank you. That is a good solution and the shape i needed

Yes the edge is straight for now between the verticle side and dome.I was to add a larger fillet at the end of the part.It will be a cover

I tried this on a Inventor 2013 part file but there is no option for weight in the Boundary patch / Tangent condition.I did get the shape though but i would have prferred to add the fillet at the end (Fillet 3)

Thanks

Part 2013 is attached

Why is there a weight option in Boundary Patch for Inventor 2014 but there was no option for weight in Boundary Patch in Inventor 2013.I have attached 2013 part file which did not give the weight option

Thanks

James
