Help unfolding/flat pattern a IGES file.

 I'm having difficulties flatening this part, I have no issues doing it with InvR7,  I'm now using 2011, any help would be great.

I was curious so I opened it. (Far from an expert on this type of issue.. iges--flat pattern,etc..)

#1-The thickness of the part varies.. Some places its like .079"..others .065"..

The unfolder in Inventor has gone through many changes over the past 5+ releases

I don't think the unfolders like non-uniform thicknesses nor unfolding surfaces.

I'm sure others will chime in with better answers..
