HELP PRECISION AND HOLE CHART DIMS

Really having hard time on getting my template to dimension 3 places automatically when I bring a model into a IDW and then start dimensioning it, also when I add a Hole Chart I want ALL columns to be at 3 places including the Description column which shows Diameter of tap hole size

To change the precision in the hole table you will need to open either a existing idw/dwg or your template. Once a idw/dwg file is open switch to the Manage, Styles Editor. There select the Hole Table from the list on the left side. Once in the hole table select either the XDIM or YDIM and right click on it you will be given two options, select the Format Column option. That will launch a dialog box and in there you can change the precision of the values in the table. You will want to repeat this step for the other X or Y value and change that also. Once changed you can then keep it in a file or save it to your styles library (recommend).

When I use that method for the X and Y columns it works fine, but it will not allow me to adjust the precision of the description column, the option is greyed out.
